Overview

The revered mountains of Adi Kailash & OM Parvat are located on the Indo-China border in the Pithoragarh District of Uttarakhand.
Both peaks bear significant religious importance for devotees of Lord Shiva.
The Vyas Valley where the Adi Kailash & OM Parvat are located is a verdant and scenic valley with scenic villages like Gunji, Kuti, and Nabhi enroute.
These villages have comfortable homestays where the local people will treat you with their warmth and hospitality.
The journey from Kathgodam (last rail head) or Pantnagar Airport passes through Almora, Pithoragarh, and Dharchula to reach Gunji from where the road takes a fork shape, one leading to Adi Kailash and the other to Om Parvat.

Tour Plan

Day 01 Kathgodam – Pithoragarh (196 KMs/7-8 hrs) 1627m

After Arriving at Kathgodam / Haldwani.
Freshen up and have breakfast at Bhimtal.
Later drive to Pithoragarh.
En-route visit:Bhimtal
Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, Kanchi Dham
Golu Devata Temple
Jageshwar Temple
Lunch en-route.
Reach Pithoragarh in the Evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel

Day 02 Pithoragarh - Dharchula (93 Kms/ 3 hrs) 940m

After breakfast, drive to Dharchula.
Reached Dharchula and we will get our paperwork for the Inner line Permit and Medical.
After Lunch, Day free for leisure and exploring Dharchula and Nepal.
Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 03 Dharchula – Gunji (71 KMs/ 2.5 hrs) 3200m

After Breakfast, proceed to Gunji.
Gunji is the base village for Adi Kailash and OM Parvat.
En-route visit beautiful Villages:
Chialekh
Garbyang
Nepalchu
Lunch en-route.
Reach Gunji / Napalchu in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Homestay.

Day 04 Gunji - Adi Kailash - Gunji (68 KMs) 4497m

Today, we will start early morning from Gunji to Adi Kailash.
Reach Jolingkong and head towards Adi Kailash Temple.
Perform Pooja at Lord Shiva & Goddess Parvati Temple near Parvati Sarovar.
Lunch and drive back to Gunji.
We will see:
Brahma Parvat
Pandava Parvat
Pandava Fort
Parvati Mukut
Dinner and overnight stay at Homestay.

Day 05 OM Parvat - Gunji / Nabhi (22 Kms ) 4246m

After breakfast, leave for OM Parvat.
Drive to Om Parvat.
Medidate near Om Parvat.
En-route we will see:
Kali Mandir, Kala Pani
Shesh Nag Parvat
Ved Vyas Gufa
Return back to Gunji / Nabhi.
Overnight stay and dinner at the Homestay.

Day 06 Gunji / Nabhi - Dharchula - Didihat (158 KMs / 6 hrs) 3200m

After breakfast, drive to Dharchula.
Lunch en-route and later drive to Didihat/Chaukori.
Reach Didihat / Chaukori in the evening.
Dinner and overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 07 Kathgodam Drop ( 7 hr 47 min /235.1 km)

After breakfast, proceed to Kathgodam.
Reach Kathgodam and transfer to Railway station/Bus stand.
