Confirmation Policy The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking. Refund Policy The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days Cancellation Policy - If cancellations are made 15 days before the date of travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees - If cancellations are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees - If cancellations are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees Payment Terms Policy - 30% of the total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking and 70% of the amount submitted at the date of arrival at the Haridwar pickup point. - The company will not be liable for any personal loss. - Alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited during traveling will be offensive and you could be charged for that. - All the sightseeing depends upon weather conditioning. - The management has the right to modify or cancel the tour during emergencies or natural calamities.
